The one-day online Refresher Training and Assessment course is fashioned under guidance from the tenets of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) syllabus contained in AMC1 FCL.920 and AMC1 ORO.FC 115 & 215 for Technical and Non-Technical (Soft Skills) Instructor and Examiner training.

The skills learned equip candidates to run engaging, captivating and transformative sessions, irrespective of their field of operation, within or outside aviation-related industries.

Each candidate is required to demonstrate skill competence at the end of the course.
