How do you determine who gets hired or promoted to a position of leadership? Do you use a matrix? If so, is it based on identifying the most technically proficient or knowledgeable candidate – or even the candidate who has the greatest number of years on the job?
What about when you attempt to develop leadership skills or teamwork? How much time do you or should you devote to developing Human Skills in your employees, especially your leaders? Do you train on or consider followership skills?
The workshop introduces the Loben Behavioural Skills tools system.
