The Loben Trainer and Assessor’s Workshop

The Loben Trainer and Assessor’s Workshop

(4 customer reviews)

A training process may be described as the act of transference or acquisition of knowledge, skills, or competencies. Whilst this is true, it paints an incomplete picture of what should be involved in the process.

To remain relevant to the needs of the beneficiaries of the training process, the process must comprise three essential elements – The knowledge Base, Effective Communication and Establishing a “Fertile” Learning Environment, each requiring its own different sets of skills.

The training process must also be regularly assessed for its relevance and effectiveness, particularly for the soft skills involved in the process, in a non-threatening way to the candidate.

These are skills all trainers, facilitators and assessors must be fluent in.

The workshop takes us through steps to achieve this goal.

  1. Adebusola

It was an interesting and insightful workshop. The trainer/facilitator managed the time well and delivered on all the content he highlighted at the beginning. It was simple, straight to the point with examples that drive home the point.
If my finances permit, I hopefully would attend the Train the trainer course.
